- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items.
5. Payment
- We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer (where applicable).
- Orders paid via bank transfer must be confirmed by sending proof of payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incorrect addresses.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
8. Warranty
- Some products come with a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Details will be mentioned on the product page.
- Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer or supplier (where applicable).
9. Limitation of Liability
