1. Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
For Karachi:
- 1–2 working days delivery for most orders.
- Same-day delivery may be available on in-stock items if the order is placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).
- Same-day delivery is subject to item availability and confirmation.
For Other Cities:
- Delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days, depending on location and courier service efficiency.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method.
- Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order thresholds.
Delivery Partners
- We partner with reliable courier services across Pakistan.
- MOBLIX.PK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, strikes, or incorrect shipping information.
2. Self Pickup (Karachi Only)
Customers in Karachi can opt for self-pickup from our designated location (if available).
How It Works
- Choose “Self Pickup” during checkout (only visible for Karachi customers).
- You will be notified via email when your order is ready.
- Pickup must be done within 5 working days after notification.
What You Need
- Bring your Order ID and CNIC or phone number for verification.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email. You can track the status using the courier’s tracking system.
4. Undelivered Orders
If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- Re-delivery may be attempted per the courier’s policy.
- If the parcel is returned to us, you may need to pay additional charges for re-shipment.
