Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
- You received an incorrect item
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via email at info@moblix.pk within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your Order ID, product name, and the reason for exchange
- We will provide return instructions upon approval
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a replacement will be sent (subject to availability)
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or incorrect
- Prepaid order refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, email info@moblix.pk with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Important Notes
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
- Returned products are subject to inspection before approval
- MOBLIX.PK reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy terms
